A walnut and quartzite kitchen inspired by Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian calm, overlooking Stockholm city.
Mizu Residence
Stockholm, Sweden
Mizu is a kitchen shaped by architectural restraint and material warmth, with a serene view across the water to Stockholm city and the famous ABBA Museum.
Crafted in rich walnut and Vancouver quartzite from the Sense Collection by Cosentino, the design channels a Japanese-inspired sensibility through clean lines, balanced proportions, and thoughtful detail. The grey-green stone flows seamlessly across cabinetry and worktops, echoing the layered textures of nature and landscape.
A ribbed walnut vitrine introduces rhythm and softness, recalling traditional joinery while adding a sculptural presence. Integrated dials, concealed storage, and tactile finishes complete the space a kitchen not just for cooking, but for living slowly and beautifully.
